Q.  Do you ship product to international buyers?
A.  At this stage we do not ship to international buyers but we do have plans to do so in the future.
 

Q.  Can I return my purchase?
A.  Yes, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee. Send back any product within 30 days of receipt and we will refund your purchase price, excluding postage and handling. This money back offer DOES NOT include our DVD products. Please contact us before you ship any product back so we can arrange the appropriate paperwork. We will not accept any returns without it.
 

Q.  How long will it take to receive my order?
A.  We will ship your order within 2 working days of receiving your payment. Actual delivery will depend on the speed of Australia Post.
 

Q.  Can I have my order sent by registered post?
A.  Yes you can have you order sent via registered post. You need to send us an e-mail immediately after submitting your order and we will contact you to organize for the additional shipping fee. If you do not contact us immediately then we will ship your order through regular mail.
